Sundream submersible dredge pumps are further hefty duty submersible slurry pumps. They have been developed for pumping sand, gravel and rock notably in mining and dredging industry. It is a pump and an CZPT at the same time.
The design incorporates the renowned patented Sundream agitator, connected directly on the pump shaft, shut impeller, big open up passages for simple passage of solids, heavy duty shaft and bearing configuraton, special seals doing work in an oil bath and four, six, eight or ten pole customs developed electric motor.
The impeller, the dress in plates and the agitator are made in forged chrome iron (24 to 28%).
